HVAC / AC maintenance
- Basic inspection & preventive maintenance of AC units.
- Filter, duct & drains cleaning and coil washing.

- General pest control, spraying of internal and external space

- Daily inspection and cleaning of landscape areas.
- Watering plants as per schedule / irrigation system.
- Trimming, pruning, and removal of dead plants.
- Weeding and soil/fertilizer treatment as required.
